Return & Refund Policy

At Rock Paper Stickers, all of our products are custom-made to your exact specifications. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been approved by the customer.

Custom Design Work

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any design work. Once design work has begun, the fee is non-refundable—no exceptions. This policy is final and non-negotiable.

Print Quality & Order Reproduction

We are committed to delivering high-quality custom products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at order@rockpaperstickers.com within 72 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear images showing the issue. If your claim falls within our Terms and Conditions, we will happily reproduce the same order at no cost to you.

Keep in mind:

  • Every order is custom and unique to each customer’s file and preferences.

  • Print results may vary slightly depending on materials, printers, and production methods.

  • We do not offer refunds or reprints for discrepancies in expectations of quality or for products not matching other manufacturers' parts.

  • We cannot reproduce orders due to customer errors such as incorrect specs, sizing, colors, textures, or last-minute cancellations.

If your claim is accepted, we’ll provide return shipping instructions and a label if needed. All defective items must be returned before any reprint can begin. Please allow up to 20 business days for order reproduction.
